Once you have completed the USAS.FAA.GOV Portal you must confirm to USASFAA.COM that you have designated us as your Agent to which we become responsible for processing your mail.
If you are wishing to receive commercial mail in addition to your FAA documents you MUST File Form 1583. You will receive instructions on how to upload the simple, one-page USPS Form 1583 that authorizes your digital mailbox at USASFAA.COM to receive mail on your behalf. You will also be required to submit two forms of ID as per US Federal Law for submission with your application.
Any FAA related mail when received is scanned and forwarded to you. You can then request it to be forwarded or shredded securely.

Yes. USASFAA.COM is an annual digital mailbox for FAA correspondence. Annual billing is automatically renewed unless you cancel your plan from your subscription settings. Plans are non-refundable after purchase.
